If a client books and learns upon arrival that they are not a qualified candidate to receive the service they booked, the service will not be provided and the client will lose their deposit.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book and applies to the cost of your service if you show up to your appointment (see late policy). Just like your deposit, my time is non-refundable.
No guests allowed.
Minors are strictly prohibited from being in the studio at all times.
Your health and safety are my top priority.
All clients -vaccinated or unvaccinated- are required to wear a mask upon arrival. I am fully vaccinated and will be wearing appropriate PPE during all appointments to minimize risk of exposure.
Do not schedule an appointment if you have any suspicion, indication, or have exhibited symptoms of sickness including shortness of breath, tightness of chest, fatigue, cough, headache, fever, sneezing, runny nose, change in or loss of taste, chills & body pain, etc., tested positive for COVID- 19, or been exposed to anyone tested positive in the last 30 days.
All clients -vaccinated or unvaccinated- must wait a minimum of 10 days or for a negative COVID-19 test after traveling before an appointment.
West Coast Glow and it's representatives reserve the right to cancel appointments without a refund if clients are not strictly following Covid-19 protocols.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment for paperwork, or complete it online before you arrive by clicking here. Clients are required to complete all paperwork and remit payment before a service can be provided.
Arriving 10 minutes late or more to your scheduled appointment time results in a $10 late fee and will be added to your service total.
Arriving 15 minutes late or more to your scheduled appointment time is considered a no-show cancellation and will result in loss of deposit.
Cancellations less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may reapply paid deposit ONCE if rescheduled within 30 days of first cancelled appointment. Cancelling the rescheduled/second appointment at any point in time will result in automatic loss of deposit.
Clients who no-show, cancel less than 72 hours, or cancel a rescheduled appointment twice (or any combination of these) will not be given the chance to schedule again.
Final results depend on pre-care, aftercare, age, skin type, drug/alcohol use, supplement/prescription use, underlying conditions, environmental exposure, skincare products, medical treatments, and so many other genetic and environmental factors!
